The following is a full description of our information collection and dissemination practices for and related applications ("the sites"). We fully respect your right to privacy, and any personal information which you volunteer to either of us will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality in accordance with the terms of the applicable data protection and privacy laws.

BCC is the organisation responsible for the collection and processing of personal information collected through or in relation to the sites. BCC has its principal place of business at 29 Długa Street, Warsaw, 00-238, Poland. In this privacy statement, when we refer to "we", "us" or "our", we are referring to BCC.

This privacy statement sets out an explanation of what personal data we collect from you when you use the sites, how and why we collect and use that data, who your information is shared with and a description of your rights with respect to your information. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal information and how we will treat it.


We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.

Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, age, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

In performing statistical analysis, parts of the sites use Google Analytics (a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc.) to capture and analyze sites statistics. BCC may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

      Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
    • To personalize user experience
      We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
    • To improve our Site
      We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.
    • To process payments
      We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

For example, BCC will delete personal information if it has not communicated with you for a year, or if it has held your information for a year and you have not subscribed to any particular communications or services, or earlier if you ask BCC to delete your personal information.


We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

We may disclose the information we collect from you to third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform functions on our behalf. We may disclose the information we collect from you to comply with the law, a court order, or other legal process.

We may disclose the information we collect from you where we believe it is necessary to investigate, or prevent illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our terms or this Policy, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.


BCC may use service providers outside the European Union. Some of the other persons to whom we may provide your information, as described above, may also be outside the European Union. Countries outside the European Union may not provide a level of legal protection for your information as strong as the level of protection provided in the European Union or your home country. Where BCC transfers your personal information collected through the site to a country outside the European Union it will put in place a data transfer agreement with the overseas recipient of the information, protecting the information, in the appropriate standard form approved for this purpose by the European Commission.
